Debbie is a professional clarinetist with the Allentown Symphony, a university professor, and author of three clarinet method books. She has been teaching clarinet for 20+ years. She has taught young children, adult amateurs, and students prepping to enter conservatories like Curtis or Eastman – all ages from 8 to 88. In her university work she starts with students who have never touched a clarinet and has them playing confidently in the altissimo register in about 8 classes.
